After 15 years of providing low cost home plans locally Chateau Design joined with Cascade Home Plans to reach a larger customer base. We provide low cost home plans by providing only the essentials. Our plan sets include; page 1 two elevations, page 2 measured floor plan, page 3 measured basement or foundation plan, and page 4 cross sections. Each order will include 5 sets.

We do not include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or any siesmic details. Our plans have no Architectual or Engineer stamp. Some locations will require one or all of these items to acquire a building permit. We believe it is the responsibility of the builder or anyone purchasing home plans to know what is required locally. Your local Building Department will have a list of requirements either on a web site or as a brochure.

At Cascade Home Plans our return policy is simple, just return the un-opened box within 30 days for a full refund. You may also e-mail us during the first 30 days to request a return voucher. Return vouchers are prorated and are based on circumstances.

House plans are protected under the Federal Copyright Laws the same as music, movies, books, or even sports on television. The Copyright Laws prevent anyone other than the Copyright Owner from reproducing, re-using, or modifying the house plans or home design without the permission of the Copyright Owner. You should also know, the original purchaser of the house plans is typically licensed to build a single home from the plans. Building more than one home from the same plan without permission to do so is also an infringement on the home designer's Copyright. At Cascade Home Plans, we believe our prices are low enough to make it easy to buy multiple orders for multiple homes, but we will deal on a quantity basis.
