After 15 years of providing low cost home plans to local builders, Chateau Design has joined with Cascade Home Plans to reach a larger customer base. We provide low cost home plans by providing the minimum requirements in most areas. Our plan sets include: page one front and rear elevations, page two a measured floor plan, page three a basement or foundation plan, page four cross section and various details, and some will include a measured 2nd floor plan. Chateau Design has many stock plans to choose from.
