After 15 years of providing low cost home plans to local builders, Chateau Design has joined with Cascade Home Plans to reach a larger customer base. We provide low cost home plans by providing the minimum requirements in most areas. Our plan sets include: page one front and rear elevations, page two a measured floor plan, page three a basement or foundation plan, page four cross section and various details, and some will include a measured 2nd floor plan. Our client base is mostly local, (South East Idaho) but we have worked with clients as far away as Michigan and even Toronto Canada. Chateau Design has many stock plans to choose from, we can customize one of these or draw a custom home from scratch. Our desire is to live up to our catch phrase, BETTER LIVING BY DESIGN.
